Steve Rogers #17 the whole issue.

I really have been enjoying this whole storyline but this book in particular really did it for me. The story telling in it was dynamite and the angle they took was great. The perspective of the journalist, especially a journalist that has ran into Cap in the past and not in the best way, to have her version of whats going on in the world is great. It sheds more of a light on the event from a non-super 'hero in the thick of it' way that had its own voice and i felt we really got to know her has a real character that we will probably see again in books to come. The ending

is exactly what you expected it to be, but was no less powerful.
This book didnt so much move the story forward as it gave us more depth to the existing story. great book.

I just read Batman 25. good start to an arc, but the back to back full double splash pages...

when riddler walks into the joker's...office?
that really impressed me with how cool it looked, without that much actually going on. very well done. it wouldnt have worked with just one of them, but back to back it was very very cool.

Really liked Shirtless Bear Fighter #1, just a fun book. Also digging all things Superman/Kent family related. ohhh Batman/Shadow is good too.

I'm really not much for anthologies. They just dont tend to be my thing. however, Brave New World (secret empire) is doing very well for me. i like how it just touches on some things here and there that arent in main books. it recently dropped in on blade, who is in NY city under the blackout dome (and vampires can run around during the 'day). It showed some behind the scenes of what is going on in Namor's world. All and all i'm really enjoying it and I would suggest picking it up if you are enjoying the current marvel world
