Great episode guys. A few thoughts:

I agree with John that it appears that DCU doesn't have a clear direction. With the exception of books by Johns and Morrison, I don't get a feeling of long-term planning in the DC books and I think that is what is hurting their line as a whole.

As for the thought balloons, I hope they are gone with the next issue. I really didn't care for them at all except when you saw what Ares was thinking, which ended up being exactly what he said :)

That's a really good point! That was humorous.
Yeah but it seemed a bit redundant. Like he thought and then said it. He seems a bit more like the speak without thinking first sort of fellow.
