Well now I'm a little peeved. I didn't get the JLA wedding special because I didn't have interest in the Green Arrow/Black Canary wedding and now I find that it's more about the JLA than the wedding. Bugger. I agree that Nova is a great title. Loved the 70's stuff, love what they're doing with the title now. Annihilation was the best event of last year and Annihilation: Conquest has kept up the quality, especially Starlord. What didn't you like about issue 1 of Astounding Wolf-Man John, because I loved it.

I understand your frustration with the JLA Wedding Special. They really should have hyped it as the intro into Dwayne McDuffie's JLA run. Definately go pick it up as it is well worth the read.

And it wasn't so much that I didn't lick Astounding Wolf-Man #1 so much as it failed to completely sell me on the series. I'm still getting it and I'm not disliking it. It just seems to have squandered the amazing opportunity it had with the first issue being given away free as part of Free Comic Book Day.
