Very funny.yensid4disney wrote:Kicked in $0 for the new Cyberforce.
Realistically, as we discussed on the Previews call, there are some good incentives on this campaign for people who collect exclusive variant covers, or who want a limited HC.
Otherwise, just get the comic from your shop for free (if your shop carries it, make sure you let them know to order it & hold a copy for you).

I am going to support this book but I haven't decided at what level.BobBretall wrote:New from Jamal Igle...... All ages story that will ultimately come out via Action Lab:

I finally got into kickstarter and decided to support the following books:
reMIND
Pawn Shop
Leaving Megalopolis
The Power Principle
I am a kickstarting fool. It can get a little addicting backing all these comics. I just wanted to point out the Power Principle. Check it out. Alan is a very interesting guy and I can't wait to see what he has cooked up.
Everyone has a right to kickstart but I do like to see new creators and ones that are not just from the Big 2 getting there chance. It kind of blows my mind that ReMind is over $70K. I remember just at this year's WonderCon Bob suggesting I buy. Prior to that I had only heard of it when Earth2.podbean.com reviewed it as a webcomic. Hardly a household name in my opinion given the number of webcomics out there.

Although that Simone/Calafiore book is so bought...

Enter the Video Game Gals - doesn't look like this one will get funded
reMind - Funded
Modest Medusa - Funded
Sullivans Sluggers - Funded
Daisy Kutter - Funded
Mark Dos Santos Artbook - Funded
Currently considering
Leaving Megalopolis - Will jump on just don't know where I want to yet
Pirate Queen of the Star Raider - Female space pirates...call it a weakness.
Unmasked, The New Age Heroes - it got funded but I'm still curious about it.
Bigger Bang Galaxy - As much as they've promoted this it's only made $138? Wow...
"That...that HAIR!!!" - Deadpool, Deadpool #11

Like Val Mayerik? Support his kickstarter & get a sketch as a reward.... As I type this, the next person to back this will cause it to be funded.

Would you like to work through a sketchbook designed to make you a [better] comic book artist?
Back I Draw Comics and get your comic on!
It was started by some dude I've never heard of by the name of Matt Marrocco with instructions and illustrations from Ryan Stegman. The sketchbook has references, history, and examples that you do right in the book as you read through it. Even though I have no intention of ever being published I think this will be a lot of fun to work through.

If you're a fan of fantasy art, you should check out this "Art of Brom" from Flesk:

I just backed the I Draw Comic campaign. I had all the intention of pledging enough to getting the Ryan Stegman sketch, but luckily it was sold out so I saved some money.

It's a nice reference guide and how to for making comics, with Ryan Stegman doing some/all(?)of the art showing the techniques shown in the book
Really interesting if you want to make comics, or enjoy the processes.

I didn't back the Dave Sims Cerebus Kickstarter, but I know a few here did.

Dave Sim, here: Just thought everyone should know: Fisher came over today and asked if I had heard from Sandeep. No, I hadn’t. Hands me today’s RECORD. Front page: Sandeep’s place — and the buildings on either side of him — were gutted by fire yesterday afternoon. He got out in one piece but with nothing but the clothes on his back and his wallet (he had been in the shower and a cop showed up at the door: ”You have to leave. NOW”) The whole place went up in about five minutes.
All of the negatives for HIGH SOCIETY were destroyed as well as the 11×17 scanner and the new negative scanner. No insurance. So, I thought I’d better let everyone know that we’re definitely not on track for the September 12 launch at this point.
I don’t expect that I’ll hear from Sandeep for at least a few days — he’s staying with friends and obviously has a lot more important things to think about than HIGH SOCIETY DIGITAL.
Okay — gotta run to make my 3:00 prayer. Please feel free to relay this to anyone you think should know. Particularly people who are waiting on HIGH SOCIETY DIGITAL
