I wish Archaia would get Titanium Rain out on the stands......

Josh & Kat had copies in San Diego, but I've not gotten my copy from DCBS yet. Has it hit regular stores & DCBS has just been shorted??

As far as I know it hit the stores last week... I still haven't been to the shop so I don't know if I have it there waiting for me

I got my copy in my DCBS shipment this week. If you didn't then DCBS must have gotten shorted.

There was a note saying the sketch would be in the next shipment.

Hopefully Archaia is getting back into the swing of things and the delays and problems are behind them now. They have some great books (like Titanium Rain) coming out that I'm looking forward to reading.

I just sent DCBS an e-mail.

I didn't get it this week, it's not on my shipping list for what I will get next Tuesday either, it's still in my "unshipped items" inventory.

I take it DCBS still isn't notifying customers when their orders have been "shorted"?

The last time I was shorted an item it was noted on my packing list.

That having been said, this is an area they could improve in.

Agreed.

As usual, I'm getting "- An Error Has Occurred-" instead of my unshipped items list on DCBS' website.

I recently (and unexpectedly) received a shipment from DCBS, and sent them an email asking if my remaining unshipped items had been cancelled (as I was getting the same error message). I explained that I was advised (eventually, and only after I'd inquired) that I wouldn't receive any more shipments until everything I'd ordered had been received by DCBS, unless I wanted to pay for an additional shipment, and was sure that items I'd ordered hadn't been included.

I received an email advising me that 3 or 4 items had been cancelled, and another 4 or 5 were still expected to ship, despite my not ordering from DCBS since Dec '07! (Not their fault, but still...) They then asked for a credit card to use to issue my credit. I asked if they could use my card on file, and it seems that despite having 2 years of my order history on file, they didn't have my credit card info, which I suppose isn't entirely a bad thing.

If I remember correctly (since I can't access my list), I'm waiting for 2 more items to ship, and plan on cancelling anything else that hasn't been received by then.

In the meantime, I expect to get TR#1 from HC in my next monthly shipment, though we've received PDFs for our interview with Kat & Josh tomorrow morning.

yeah, the fact that the "unshipped items" function does not works is pretty irritating on the DCBS web-site.

Here's a way around it:

* On the "Your account" page, click the "My Downloads" button

* In the dropdown listbox, set the product type to be "Unshipped items"

* set the checkboxes as desired for the kinds of info you want

* Click the "Search" button and it will download a csv file to your computer with the info you want. You can open the file in Excel.....

Also, the mystery has been solved. The reason DCBS did not ship my Titanium Rain is as because I ordered a "signed" version of TR #1.

DCBS got the books, had to send them to Josh & Kat for signatures, and then need to get them back before sending them out.

The "sending them out for autographs" step is causing a bit of a delay, which is understandable.
