Todd McFarlane and Brian Holguin return to the pages of 'Spawn' with artist and Image founder Whilce Portacio
Hmmm, all I can say is "I'm OUT!!!!"

I'm not a fan of Todd's writing or Whilce's art.....

Fair enough, though it looks like Todd won't be scripting so much as being involved in plots & layouts.

I think Whilce on art was enough to get me to flee, the Toddster having a hand in it at all was the extra impetus to action.....

Well I will stick around to see if it is any good. I am disappointed because the current creative team of David Hine and Brian Haberlin is AWESOME.

Spawn with Hine is the best it has been in years IMHO.

I asked Whilce about Spawn at Seattle a few weeks ago and with a wink and grin he said "I can not comment about Spawn!"

He was a cool dude but that isn't enough for me to get the book.
