Azrael #1- Shared the same sentiment as the guys. Truthfully didn't finish the issue. The art felt bland and somewhat old-fashioned. Adequate, I suppose. I usually consider Fabian a favorite writer, but this time nothing clicked. Probably, my least favorite.
Dark Avengers #10- This was strange for me, I had not picked up any of the other issues. I was vaguely aware of what was going on with the team beforehand from what I had heard. The art was very nice and the story had a strong mystery vibe. Were I more interested I might come back for 11. As of right now and it being $3.99 I am unsure.
Invincible #67- When I started this issue I was very unsure. I hadn't read Invincible since the first trade. So going into it with an issue not featuring the lead character had me worried. That turned out to be an unnecessary feeling. This issue was great. Nice characterization, excellent art, and an accessible story. My favorite of the three by a long shot.
