They are trying to get an LA-based show off the ground now that Wizard World LA has gone away.....

The problem I have is the price. $45 for 3 days. While that is in line with what Wizard charges, I have always thought Wizard was high-priced for the kind of show they deliver.

Given the really light line-up they have so far, it seems like they should be trying to pull folks in with a reasonable admission price.

Compare to other "smaller than San Diego" shows:

Phoenix Con - $25 in advance - $35 at the door
Heroes Con - $30

Maybe they will just pull in folks who can't get into San Diego.
