Unforeseen benefit from cutting pull list

Post by Webhead »

I knew cutting my pull list would have some benefits like extra cash in pocket and catching up on my "To read" pile, but I now have a renewed interest in comics.

I never realized that my love of comics was waning. Every week my "to read" pile was growing and I felt I would never get caught up. Now that I am caught up and I can get through my new comics before I get next week's comics. I have been able to read trades that I bought in the past but never got to read until now.

After reading my second trade in two weeks I realized how much more I am enjoy comics than I have in a long while. I am now reading because I want to not because I feel I need to. I can take my time to read instead of rushing through trying to "make a dent" in my "to read" pile.
