John,
I believe I remember you once talking about the possibility of using some animation software to sync your podcasts to.
Do you remember the names of any if those programs? I'm thinkng of trying this for The Cantina Caravan, which is one of my Star Wars podcasts.
Ant information would be greatly appreciated.

It was CrazyTalk (
http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/default.html). One of the many reasons I haven't pursued it was the time limit of about 15 minutes.
I can automated parsing the audio based on who is talking (based on which channel is active). Using those audio clips I could have it create video clips with the image based on the channel but I'm not sure if that can be automated. If I could get that far, the next step would be to somehow edit together those video clips.
I'd love to be able to do this as it would allow me to take my entire backlist of 1160+ episodes and put them on YouTube.
It has been a little while since I've dug into CrazyTalk so maybe it can do more now than when I looked at it last.

Did you ever play around with this?

John,
I haven't tried this yet, but I would like to do this for The Cantina Caravan.... A general Star Wars podcast. This podcast us part of The Star Wars Comics Cast, another podcast I co-host.
I'll check out that software and see if I can find anything else comparable. I'll then report back.
Thanks for the feedback!
