Grades for the MCU...so far

Since I finally saw Ant-man (it was pretty good) I would like to hear everyone’s opinions on the dozen movies from the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far. My grades would be:
1. Ant-Man - B
2. Age of Ultron - C+
3. Guardians of the Galaxy – A
4. Winter Soldier – A
5. Thor 2 – B-
6. Thor – B+
7. Iron Man 3 – C+
8. Iron Man 2 – C
9. Iron Man – A
10. Avengers – A
11. Captain America – A
12. Incredible Hulk – C+
I left out the DC, Xmen, Spidey, and FF movies at other studios that might be another post…
