Washington, DC Comicon - Father's Day

Post by Martial »

Learned about this Today from an email from the Baltimore Comic Con, but it appears there will be a small DC Comic Con this week end (June 19th / Father's Day) in Fairfax VA, see http://dccomicon.com/ for details. Admission is free according to the page and Frank Cho, Larry Hama and Jim Starlin are among the confirmed guests.

It was fun, got a chance to get my "Death of Captain Marvel" signed, and had a chance to discover Mr Dezago's Work, and meet Mr Hama. It was a very small con (basically a room with a few vendors and a few extra talented artists). Only sour point is that Mr Cho left around 1:30pm, as I was talking to Mr Starlin, and therefore I did not have a chance to get my art books signed -- M
