Shaper, I would agree with everything Tack says about PS3 v 360. The 360 is a more focussed gaming console with alot better online content (e.g. demos and videos etc) and a bigger multi player community. The PS3 is a good entertainment unit.

Without trying to sound biased, though, there have been quite a few popular games where the graphics is quite visibly sharper and better on the 360 compared to the PS3 version and the frame rate and loading times etc are also better.

I have heard this is because the PS3 is difficult to program for.

However, unless you are an uber gamer geek then you probably wouldnt notice this.

I love my 360 mainly because I have 5 or 6 friends online to play with.

Horses for courses.

I have a PS3, and it's best suited for someone that wants to do many things with the console (ie: blu-ray movies, etc.) beyond just gaming (ie: as an entertainment centre). Xbox is a more gaming-focus console with a larger online/multiplayer community. Both consoles have their advantages and disadvantages. It's just a matter of what you WANT from your console? If you gain enough enjoyment from the Wii, then that should satisfy, especially with a young family environment.

Futhermore, I recently got a PSP handheld console, which allows me to share and interact content, etc. between that an the PS3. :D
I've already got my PSP so I'm leaning to the sony camp...

If only they would make those damn racing games where they would have the PSP screen as a rear view mirror!

Deapool, the Gauntlet is calling to me from my side table. I'll start it tonight when I get into bed.

Tonight i read BELLADONNA one-shot OGN, published by IDW. It was good, tho the script was a bit cliche, but the story was quite interesting. More of a "setup" for a possible ongoing series, more than anything. Awesome Art by JK Woodward (who I look forward to meeting at the CGS Super Show! )

If you're going to come to the US for a Con, why not make your next trip around a "real" con???

Peter is full of promises Shaper he promised me a Micheal Turner convention cover at one stage and I'm still waiting. A bit like my Buzz zketch I'm still waiting. I hope he goes to super show so Tack can muscle him for me and get it back here safely.

I wish I was going in Tacks suitcase. (bleep) I'd go as his wife if I got a chance to go to the States.

Ok I can understand about the CGS prizes but the fact he hasn't sent the stuff I won on ebay is a different thing!
