Ten Days in the Valley was cancelled this last week and replaced by Shark Tank episodes on Sunday night. Episodes already produced will air on Saturday evening in December.

It will be interesting to see which show gets pulled off the air next, currently I would be looking at Kevin (probably) Saves the World, Me Myself & I or 9JKL

Yes, Me Myself & I was indeed pulled from the schedule. Replaced with a Big Bang Theory rerun last night and will be replaced with Man With a Plan starting next week.

I still think 9JKL & Kevin (Probably) Saves the World are dead, but I'm not sure there is time to replace them before the Holiday break. 9JKL is the one more likely to be pulled only because a Big Bang Theory rerun on Monday does better than any other show on Monday at CBS, so leaving a spot for one might not be a bad idea and actually help the other shows on that night. Tuesday night on ABC is harder to fill, Grey's Anatomy reruns don't do that well, hard to put two comedy shows in the 10 o'clock hour etc.

Notes for the week:
CW ordered 9 more episodes of Dynasty so it will last till at least the full year (no guarantee past that), the CW also stated it will not be ordering more episodes of Valor, making it the next cancelled the show of the season.

Orville is very steady averaging around a 1.0 rating. The first two much larger numbers (2.7 & 2.2) were a mirage and always were going to be. Those 2 episodes aired before a single other show debuted, they were the only new episodes of the television season at that point. The Orville should be ok assuming it doesn't fall anymore, it will not get a back half-order because of the way Fox schedules, but that was known before the season started.

Young Sheldon is doing very well, nothing ridiculous but very good. The 2 season pickup has to do with contracts and budgets not how well a show is doing. As a WB production my guess is Young Sheldon doesn't get a 2 season pickup. Networks rarely cancel 2nd and really almost never cancel 3rd season shows. Once a new show makes it to year 2 it will find a way to season 4 and on CBS usually 5-7. This is why season 1 is the important one, after that it is a foregone conclusion and networks have to just suffer with the bad and have PR spin your way to making the best of a bad situation.

finally getting caught up after Thanksgiving.

Nothing too interesting but a few notes:
Wisdom of the Crowd was cancelled.
The Mayor and Kevin (Probably) Saves the World are dead
Inhumans ended weakly
Once Upon a Time has slashed budgets about as much as possible and might finally be done
Ghosted got a new show runner, not sure what that means, two possibilities are the network really wants it to succeed and hopes the change helps or the show is dead and they simply couldn't stand working with the original runner a single day longer even to only make a few episodes to fill space.
