I was disappointed that you sounded a LOT like a Marvel apologist for these kinds of shenanigans on episode 394 of Comics For Fun & Profit. At least that's how it sounded. The "meet or exceed" ordering incentive variants are compelling a lot of shops to over-order these kinds of books...
